CONNECTING LOGIC

Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Quotes and subscription billing

Connecting Logic software may be sold as a recurring subscription. Customers receive their price, billing frequency, included services, and applicable terms before billing is authorized.

Payment authorization

A payment method is not automatically charged merely because it has been securely saved. Automatic collection is enabled only for authorized customer billing arrangements.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of future subscription renewals by contacting Connecting Logic before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops future recurring charges after any already-earned or outstanding amounts are resolved.

Refunds

Because Connecting Logic provides digital subscription services, payments for service periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable unless required by law or Connecting Logic determines that a billing error occurred.

Billing errors

If a customer believes a charge is incorrect, the customer should contact Connecting Logic promptly so the account and transaction can be reviewed.

Failed payments

Failed payments may result in retry attempts, account notices, a grace period, or temporary service restriction according to the customer's billing arrangement.
