Services

Connecting Logic provides subscription-based software and related digital services. Features available to a customer depend on the product, package, add-ons, and services purchased or authorized.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate account security and for authorized activity performed through their accounts.

Subscriptions and quotes

Pricing, billing frequency, included features, and any additional charges are provided to customers before paid service is authorized.

Payments

Customers authorize Connecting Logic and its payment providers to process charges associated with agreed subscriptions, invoices, and services.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use Connecting Logic services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, disruption, or attempts to compromise the security of our systems or other customers.

Availability

We work to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability in every circumstance.
